And so it begins....

Welcome to the Powell family blog. I'll be using this blog as an online diary to keep family and friends up to date with what's going on in our lives and maybe make some new friends too.

Our family consists of myself (Warren), Cora and our 2 gorgeous girls, Laura (aged 4) & Emily (aged 2). I'm starting this blog a little late in their lives, but I'll do some retrospective posting to cover their first few years.

Major things happening in our lives right now:

1. We're just finishing a major renovation on our house. It was a leaky home and has had to undergo extensive repairs, so I'll post some pics of the work later
2. We're about to go off on holiday to Rarotonga! The girsl will love it, I'm sure as they have been there before, but were too young to enjoy the kids club. This time will have a lot more for them to do and I might post while we're there.

That's it for now...we'll see how it progresses as we go.
